3. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates: Prices provided through our website are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions.
• Payment: Payment details will be discussed and arranged directly with our team.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ Hours Notice: Full deposit refund
• 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% of deposit forfeited
• Less than 24 Hours: Full deposit forfeited
• No-Shows: Full deposit forfeited and may result in a fee for future bookings

5. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, the cancellation policy applies. Please ensure pets are secured and any valuable or fragile items are properly stored.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services:

• We are not liable for damage to items that are already in fragile condition, improperly secured, or of exceptional value unless specifically noted before service.
• Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the service price.
• Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• We are fully licensed for your protection.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
